Made to Mesure

The four distinct programs – Comet, Equinox, Sign Language and Sesame - listed under the name of “Made to Measure Museum” target people who for various reasons have little contact with either art or museums: immigrants, adults in literacy programs, youth in reinsertion programs, mentally handicapped people, homeless people, psychiatric patients, blind and visually impaired people, deaf and hearing impaired people …

Each program gives its specific public access to the collections of both the Royal Museums of Fine Arts through especially adapted visits, and most importantly in a dynamic, creative and exciting way.

Personalised guided tours, workshops, extra-muros visits …
Comet welcomes people with mental health problems, mental or physical disabilities, special educational needs, people from psychiatric centres, juvenile detention centres and pain clinics.

Sign Language welcomes the deaf and hearing impaired public.

Sesame welcomes groups of children, youth, adults and families attending social and socio-cultural organisations.
